Description
What the role is
- You assist in providing 24/7 technical support in the maintenance of servers and clients for inhouse Information Systems.
What you will be working on
- On this, you maintain records for the operations of these systems which may include patching and configuring servers and clients. Your challenge lies in ensuring compliance with maintenance, safety and security protocols and standards.
What we are looking for
- You should preferably have a Diploma in Information Technology (IT), with at least 1 year's work experience in a related field. Due to the operational nature of work, you may be expected to work at odd hours, including public holidays and weekends on a rotational basis. You must be able to work with mínimal supervision. Possession of a selfdriven and continuouslearning attitude for technological development is essential.
