Your opportunity

  • Develop and deliver digital strategies that support sales and marketing efforts in Asia, strengthening client connectivity and building brand awareness.
  • Be responsible for the operational performance and improvement of the endtoend lead flow, including creation, scoring, routing, and nurturing.
  • Understand specific data management requirements and ensure marketing automation standard operating procedures comply and are enforced.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand marketing and sales objectives and support the appropriate systems, processes, and tools.
  • Build and manage Pardot and Salesforce reports to provide visibility into marketing campaign results, measure effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate and share best practices with the global Pardot Team and the Marketing Technology Teams in London and Denver.
  • Perform ongoing best practice and industry research in region to identify new alternatives or solutions to existing processes.
  • Proactively create, document, and optimize processes, and automate where appropriate.
  • Recommend new ways to optimize and improve the process; and document, measure, and train others on new processes as they arise.
  • Proactively monitor results to gauge campaign effectiveness, and regularly seek ways to improve outcomes from marketing activity.
  • Develop relationships and work closely with the sales and marketing colleagues to ensure alignment of activities.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned.

Must have skills

  • Minimum 5 years digital marketing skills.
  • Strong spoken and written English.
  • Creative design skills.
  • Creating multichannel campaigns.
  • HTML/CSS experience.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
  • A team player, the ability to collaborate and work with colleagues across different time zones and regions, as well as the ability to work independently
  • Indepth customer centric digital marketing skills, a broad understanding of all marketing elements.
  • Proactive, uses initiative and is a selfstarter.
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, both visual and numerical.
  • Ability to problem solve and a desire to learn, understand and grow.
Nice to have skills

  • Broad understanding of the marketing mix.
  • Knowledge of digital advertising campaign management.
  • Language capabilities: Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean, Thai.
