Description

To study and familiarise with the whole development's organisation, Site conditions, Conditions of Contract, Conditions of Sub-contract, M&E Specification/Drawings, Architectural, Interior, Structural and Specialist drawings, Coordination of M&E, Architectural, Interior, Structural and Specialist elements

To carry out site supervision and inspection of the works including any offsite manufacturing as instructed by the consultant team so as to ensure that the works are constructed in compliance with the design intent, specification and quality of works required under the terms of the contract.
To ensure timely submissions and check all drawings (including authority submission drawings and shop drawings)
To monitor project progress of the works on site and at any offsite manufacturing facilities and report delays immediately.
To provide standing supervision as and when directed by the consultant team.
To maintain proper site records and updated daily records of all works done, including records of test inspections, status of works, safety, site diary, materials and equipment onsite, labour, dayworks, provisional quantities, etc.
To check that the contractor executes preliminaries items.
To check services routes and contractor's setting out and report any deviations to the consultant team.
To verify reports and monitor the progress of work on site, verify the contractors' progress report and present the report to the DM (Development Manager) in such format that the progress payment claim by the contractor can be easily evaluated.
To monitor all variations works as instructed or approved by consultant team.
To attend site progress meetings/technical meetings/consultants' meetings.
To attend to contractor's queries and coordinate works of main contractor and direct contractors.
To inspect completed works and ensure works are carried out in accordance to statutory requirements
To undertake any other duties related to the project including supervision of M&E works as and when instructed by the consultant team.
