Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Handle partial sets of accounts for multiple entities
- Input of data
- Prepare journal entries and posting
- Responsible for AR & AP function
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation
- Provide day to day assistance and administrative support to the Finance Department
- Other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma/GCE 'O' / GCE 'N' level
(FRESH GRADUATES WELCOME) - Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Word)and internet savvy
- Responsible, motivated and able to work independently as well as a team
- Responsible and positive work attitude
- Knowledge of MYOB/ABSS preferred
- Able to start work immediately / short notice
- 5 days/week (Near Jurong West)
- Singaporean only
