Description
An Asian Bank is looking for Assistant Relationship Manager to provide support to Relationship Managers for collaboration effort in account management of Corporate Clients in the Corporate Banking Department.
In return, you will be commensurate with an attractive base salary of up to S$6,000 per month.Key Responsibilities
- Support RMs in daily client servicing including customer issues
- Assist in customer onboarding process, including KYC and AML screening
- Prepare annual/semiannual credit reviews
- Constant collaboration with various department to improve client satisfaction and process efficiency through various activities.
Requirements:
- Degree holder
- Minimum 2 years of similar working experience
- Experience in change management, system enhancement and testing, project management will be advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with good communication skills
- Proficient in Mandarin language would be preferred due to managing of Asian portfolio and writing/translating Chinese reports.
