This role will be working very closely with the Government Agencies and Educational institutions, to expand their market shares in the Tourism industry.

You will be the manager of the pioneering team with opportunities for career progression.

Adecco is partnering with a leading local travel agency, and they are looking for a Sales & Customer Relations Manager to join their expanding team

Handle all tour bookings, reservations, customizations and amendments
Prepare sales quotations, tour proposals and itineraries for customers
Generate leads, reach out to potential clients, pitch and close sales
Develop and establish new sales channels, agent relationships and partnerships
Assist in operational procedures i.e. customization of tours, tour logistics and on the ground management
Ensure quality service & tour delivery and compliance of operational procedures
Identify opportunities to improve operational and service methods / procedures
Work with internal and marketing teams to achieve company strategic objectives and goals
Stay up to date with industry trends and updates
Follow up and maintain relationship with clients
Monitor monthly sales target, tour volume, feedback and customer reviews
Oversee sales team and ensure smooth coordination within the team
Handle other administrative tasks

The Talent

Min. 3 years of experience in a sales or customer service role
Background of working in the travel/tourism or educational industry are welcome
Experience in inbound tour
Ability to manage and lead a sales team
Knowledge in sales software such as Hubspot and Mailchimp is a plus
Independent, resultsdriven, and able to work under mínimal supervision
Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
Excellent time management skills
Willingness to work and continuously learn in a growing startup/SME environment
