    Description

    AASIA was set in 1950. We are growing our business and expanding our reach to serve our membership base of 50,000 members. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented candidate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our insurance department.

    Responsibilities:

    1) Documentation and Data Entry:

    • Input and maintain accurate updated records in database and electronic systems
    • Handling paper pertaining to insurance policies and client information

    2) Policy processing

    • Assist in processing policies and endorsements and renewals with high accuracy
    • Verifying and validating policy details
    • All policy processing must be completed before end of month closing dateline

    3) Record maintenance

    • Organising and maintenance records in digital format (ie scanning and filing)
    • Ensure completeness of filing
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and filing systems.

    4) Communication:

    • Manage incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and written correspondence.

    5) Provide general admin support for executives

    6) Other general admin work, eg postage

    Requirements:

    • Multi-tasking, strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
    • Good work organization skills and discipline
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
    • Basic understanding of insurance concepts and policies is a plus.
    • Knowledge of simple accounting
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Minimum A levels
    • No experience also can apply
