Director of Operations

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  • Responsible for overall planning and business development of the trading platform operations in Singapore.
  • Responsible for team building, performance management, and daily management of the exchange team to ensure continuous improvement of the team's overall capabilities.
  • Responsible for operational management and market deployment, researching and developing appropriate operational promotion plans based on company strategies, and leading the team to implement them to achieve operational objectives at each stage.
  • Coordinate overall operational work including technology, operations, risk control, customer service, human resources, administration, and branding.
  • Develop market strategies, plans, goals, and implementation plans for the Singapore center according to the company's development strategy, ensuring support for the company's rapid growth.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest trends in blockchain technology, propose forwardthinking plans for blockchain product development and improvement, and quickly implement them.
  • Complete and achieve user insight and user acquisition conversion metric assessments, analyze the industry and competitive products, track the latest development trends, and submit analysis reports.
  • Responsible for formulating and implementing strategies for the main product line and managing the product lifecycle. Confirm product roadmaps, conduct product research, planning, and launch.
  • Coordinate and support internal and external personnel related to product matters, drive product planning and development work.
  • Combine blockchain technology to design product or project collaboration models and develop technical solutions to realize projects. Summarize relevant successful cases.
  • Responsible for team building, training, and management of the product team, enhancing the team's work quality, efficiency, and technical capabilities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:


  • The head exchange related operation positions at the supervisor level or above.
  • Able to communicate/ read/ write in Mandarin and English.
