Senior Infrastructure Project Manager

Role & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all infrastructure project delivery within the group
  • Lead a team of regional project managers, incharge of delivery for APACwide infrastructure projects
  • Infrastructure Project Portfolio Management end to end
  • Standardize project methodology, templates and processes
  • Take direct lead as Project/Program Manager role for key initiatives and important programs, especially organizationalwide change management initiatives
  • As role model of good project governance and discipline
  • Ensure project documentations are complete and updated regularly throughout project lifecycle.
  • Build solid stakeholder engagement
  • Work closely with PMI (Project Management and Integration) head for project standardization and executive reporting
  • Guide junior PMs and coaching (people development)

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferably in IT/Computer Science
  • Experience in any domain of server, network, endpoint, data center and security
  • Experience in leading endtoend local/regional IT infrastructure projects as fullfledged Project Manager
  • Experience in leading digital projects
  • PMP, ITIL certifications would be an advantage
  • Agile PM trained/certified would be an advantage
