General Responsibilities:

The Process Commissioning Lead is responsible for the safety of personnel working under his supervision and to ensure that work is planned and executed in accordance with Client's policies for Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental protection.

He or she has following general responsibilities:

Commissioning activity safety management.
Participate in definition of project system/subsystem structure.
Coordinate with vendor/Engineering and construction Team to execute the topside system commissioning
Perform and overall responsibility for all topside Process system commissioning
Participate in defining scope of work for refurbishment, conversion and topsides.
Prepare system sub system and boundary markup drawing for Topside system
Prepare system documentation and procedures for commissioning scope in line with system responsibility matrix.
Coordinate with Operation and smooth handover to topside commissioned system
Closure and handover of Precommissioning and commissioning completion's execution scope

- in line with system responsibility matrix.

Closure and acceptance of system punch list post handover in line with system responsibility matrix.
Package Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) documents review and verification of 'punch' items

- against received equipment.

Verify and record module main scope contractors Pre-Commissioning activities (like Pipe Alignment, Flange management, Flushing, Air Blowing, and N2 Blanketing)
Coordinate with vendor to complete all related Mechanical and Process system commissioning
Coordinate with Topside commissioning/ Technician to complete the commissioning Task
Ensure that commissioning is performed in accordance with all specified requirements and with results satisfactory to Client.

**The responsibilities of the Topside Process Commissioning Lead includes the following specific duties: - Prepare and allocate "B" ITR check sheets for the project, and to equipment types and tags.

Prepare and Review System and Sub-System responsibilities for the Topside team.
Vast knowledge in Pre
Commissioning and commissioning of FPSO process System like Gas Compressor, produced water Treatment system, HP/LP separation, SW treatment and etc.,
Previously Working as lead process commissioning Engineer in minimum two FPSO projects
Prepare and write the System Commissioning Procedures for the Topside system scope, as per the responsibility matrix.
Monitor, Pre-Commissioning and Punch lists status on Completions database and prepare systems ready for commissioning.
Walk downs, punch list and acceptance of Mechanical completion of systems as per responsibility matrix.
Manage and Coordinate Lead and discipline techs to ensure most efficient coverage of resources in line with commissioning plan.
Conduct review meetings with construction to coordinate Inspection Test Records (ITRs) flow path is in accordance with system planning of relevant systems.
Liaise with database coordinator on certification release and acceptance.
Review and accept system / subsystem SMCC (System Mechanical Completion Certificate) with associated agreed punch list items.
Liaise with vendors and plan site arrival to ensure maximum output from availability. Prepare arrival documentation and work site requirements on a case by case basis.
Responsible for change management of system after initial implementation. To include any associated system configuration / correction / modification works are properly incorporated as per change control management.
Responsible for review, implementation and closure of TQ's raised on a discipline or systemlevel.
Identify and prepare required test equipment, spare parts and temporaries with Contractor, Vendor or Shipyard for precommissioning and commissioning of system.
Ownership and review Commissioning Packages as assigned in the system responsibility matrix.
Prepare report for Commissioning Manager on a weekly basis of all Topside commissioning system activities related to commissioning on a systembysystem basis as per responsibility matrix
Prepare Topside system related document and execute the B ITR accordingly
Travel to offshore project sites and perform offshore commissioning / assist facility startup, and site survey as require
