Baker (Commis / Demi / Junior Sous Chef - Downtown Core, Singapore - Alice Boulangerie

No split shift
No Midnight shift

Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients for baking & decoration of products set by the established standards
- Pack & store raw materials & finished products
- Perform quality control
- Basic housekeeping of kitchen
- Perform massproduce standardized baked products by following instructions for production schedules and recipes
- Assist in the development of new menu concepts and ideas
- Administer stock supplies, quality, order and costing of food
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene, health and safety in the kitchen
- Cleaning of food preparation areas, cooking surfaces and washing of utensils
- Coordinates with the service and other departments on kitchen and customers' requirement
- Any other adhoc duties assigned
Job Requirements:
- Passionate about providing efficient and friendly service standards
- Outgoing personality and highly motivated and take imitative
- Able to work weekends and public holidays
- Able to communicate in English
- Clean and hygienic in food and beverage handling
- Prefers to hold a recognized Basic food hygienic certification
- With at least 3 years of F&B experience
Salary:
$2, $3,000.00 per month
