Position:
Operations Manager, Facilities Management
**Location: West

Responsibilities:

Procurement of services as well as management of services and projects from inception, execution, and to completion.
Review requirements and work specifications.
Carry out budget estimation and seek budget.
Perform procurement of goods and services required.
Implement works in accordance with budget and schedule. Oversee works till successful completion.

Requirements:

Possess a Degree in Building Services, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Science, or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Project Management, along with proficiency in cost management, contract administration, and expertise in building and facilities management.
Possess good technical background and engineering knowledge.
