Singtel's Group Enterprise (GE) business is Digitally Transforming their business to bring value to customers and stakeholders through new technologies and new ways of working.

To do this, there is an increasing need to gain critical data insights so that digital transformations can be accelerated.

Make an Impact by

Drive discovery and implementation of transformation projects in enterprise segment
Drive solution detailing and problem solving around solution implementation
Define detailed solution based on problem statements.
Support documentation of detailed solutions and formalisation of communication documents
Use data to generate business insights for purpose of projection initiation, rootcause analysis, impact analysis etc.
Drive data collection and collation of fact base for proposed solutions.
Drive and support formalisation of detailed E2E Process for the process and product in scope
Collaborate with relevant functions to define the endstate process.
Identify potential impacts and implications in the handover from one function to another, propose amendments to enable optimal flow from an E2E perspective.
Manage project to monitor progress closely and track metrics of success for deliverables
Monitor solution and process performance and propose corrective actions as required.

Skills for Success

Good Bachelor Degree from an established university
At least 35 years of relevant experience in Digital Transformation
Strong project management skills with proven records of successful endtoend project implementation
Strong problem solving skills
