**Job Description- Understand and gather project requirements from various stakeholders.
- Coordinate with developers on project needs and implementation.
- Communicate project expectations, milestones, and progress to team members and stakeholders.
- Assist in user testing of the systems before deployment.
- Monitor and handle all incidents related to the project until resolution.
- Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
