    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Attend electrical & instrument daily job list from Production team
    • Carry out regular PM for the electrical equipment & instruments
    • Installation of new electrical equipment & instruments
    • Electrical equipment maintenance and routine checking (Rectifier, transformer, motors, UPS)
    • Electrical spare parts checking and update
    • Carry out scheduled electrical equipment & instruments calibration
    • Ensure analyzers are within accuracy limit
    • Maintain record of Calibration and PM
    • Attend monthly Safety committee meetings and carry out Safety jobs
    • Ensure instrument activities carried out Safely adhere to QEWI and RA
    • Comply to legal and ISO requirements
    • Troubleshoot and Service faulty transmitters and electrical equipment
    • Testing of valves on work bench
    • Inhouse service of analyzers
    • Plant light and office equipment maintenance
    • Air- Con troubleshooting and maintenance
    • Supporting IT and CCTV Camera maintenance

    Requirements:

    • Diploma in Instrumentation/Electrical/Electronics/Control Engineering
    • 3 years experience in Maintenance experience in Chemical Manufacturing Plants
    • Experience with control panel wiring is an added advantage
