UI/UX Designer (6 months contract)

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team.

Position:
UI/UX Designer

Contract Duration: 6 months

Reporting to:
Director

Work Arrangement:
Hybrid flexibility (onsite and remote)

Responsibilities:

UI/UX for CRM:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user requirements and design intuitive user interfaces for our CRM platform.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and interactions.
Conduct user research and gather feedback to iteratively improve the user experience of the CRM.

Design Tools Proficiency:

Utilise design software, including Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, to craft visually appealing and usercentric interfaces.
Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design to continuously enhance design processes and deliver highquality results.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with crossfunctional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure the successful implementation of UI/UX designs.
Provide weekly updates to the Director regarding project progress, challenges, and achievements.

CRM Interface Building:

Leverage your experience in building user interfaces for CRM systems to enhance the usability and functionality of our existing platform.
Optimise the CRM interface to improve user engagement, conversion rates, and overall customer satisfaction.

Design Tools and Collaboration Platforms:

Utilise collaboration tools, such as Miro, to facilitate brainstorming sessions and effectively collaborate with team members in remote and onsite settings.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong focus on CRM interface design.
A portfolio showcasing previous CRM design projects is highly desirable.
