luxury fashion maison is looking for a
strategic Merchandising Manager to join its regional team in its
Singapore office.


Key responsibilities:


  • Enable and drive merchandising activities to achieve sellthrough targets, managing stock levels, and overseeing product delivery
  • Translate global vision to regional showroom buying campaigns, considering regional/local priorities and specifics
  • Lead multiple projects, collaborating across functions; contribute to global business strategies
  • Manage category inventory, collaborate with stakeholders for business opportunities, and support client activations
  • Enhance store operations, offer seasonal training, and provide valuable feedback to HQ for strategic decisions

Key requirements:


  • 8+ years' fashion merchandising in luxury brands, with crosscategory expertise
  • Strong fashion sense and business acumen, with Asian markets experiences
  • Skilled in team development, coaching, impactful communication
  • Excellent presentation, analytics
  • Thrives in crossfunctional, highpressure, agile environments; frequent store visits, overseas travels
