    Marketing Administration Specialist


    Salt is looking for a meticulous and well-organized professional to join our client's marketing team in the Asia Pacific region as a Channel Marketing Administration Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting administrative tasks for channel marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional organizational abilities, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to handling administrative responsibilities efficiently.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records of channel marketing activities, contracts, agreements, and partner documentation.
    • Coordination and Logistics: Support the planning of channel marketing events, meetings, and trainings by managing scheduling, venue bookings, travel arrangements, and catering.
    • Communication Support: Assist in the distribution of marketing communications and materials to channel partners while ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
    • Data Entry and Reporting: Help with data entry and upkeep of marketing databases and systems to ensure data accuracy for reporting purposes.
    • Financial Administration: Aid in budget tracking for channel marketing activities in line with company policies and procedures.
    • Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers for the procurement of marketing materials and services and maintain positive vendor relationships.
    • General Administrative Support: Offer overall administrative assistance to the channel marketing manager.

    Skills

    • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation management.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is advantageous.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to collaborate with diverse teams and external partners.
    • Proactive and self-motivated, maintaining a positive attitude with a willingness to learn and tackle new challenges.

    Education

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative support roles, preferably in marketing or channel marketing/management.
