They are currently on the lookout for a seasoned Operations Manager to spearhead the establishment and management of our system operation outsourcing business.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with clients, partners, and internal teams to craft and establish robust outsourcing business models and processes.
Take charge of managing the system operation team during the running phase. Ensure seamless system operations by implementing and overseeing efficient processes.
Foster positive client relationships through effective communication. You will be the key point of contact, maintaining regular dialogue and ensuring client satisfaction. Timely reporting to the customer according to the agreed service timeline is crucial.
Monitor the financial health of the outsourcing business. Prepare comprehensive reports and provide insights to upper management, contributing to informed decision-making.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in information technology.
Over 10 years of proven expertise in managing IT projects within the banking or related industry.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in roles involving Service/Helpdesk management and System Infrastructure management.
A minimum of 2 years in a managerial role specifically focused on system operations.
Familiarity with Application/Infrastructure Management Outsourcing Business is advantageous.

Demonstrated proficiency in project management, including the adept creation and management of project documents such as Project Planning, Issue Management/Tracking, Task Progress Management (Todo/Status/Timeline), and Minutes of Meetings.
