Description
The Position
- Responsible for order processing
- Perform order entry and/or validate orders
- Key market focus: Indonesia and other smaller markets in Asia
- Liaise with various departments such to ensure timely production and dispatch of goods to customers based on Wish Dates
- Manage order tracking activities for Customers
- Provide regular updates to Customers on order status
- Login customer complaints into system and assist Complaint Team in the investigation
- Coordinate goods return or product recall if required
- Diploma in Business Management or its equivalent
- Min 35 years' experience in Customer Service function
- Native in Bahasa Indonesia as required to communicate with Indonesia stakeholders
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with excellent SAP working experience will be an added advantage
