Description

The Position

  • Responsible for order processing
  • Perform order entry and/or validate orders
  • Key market focus: Indonesia and other smaller markets in Asia
  • Liaise with various departments such to ensure timely production and dispatch of goods to customers based on Wish Dates
  • Manage order tracking activities for Customers
  • Provide regular updates to Customers on order status
  • Login customer complaints into system and assist Complaint Team in the investigation
  • Coordinate goods return or product recall if required
  • Diploma in Business Management or its equivalent
  • Min 35 years' experience in Customer Service function
  • Native in Bahasa Indonesia as required to communicate with Indonesia stakeholders
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel with excellent SAP working experience will be an added advantage
