TikTok's SMB team aims to help businesses and brands of all sizes unleash their creative side, connect with our audience, and engage with new and existing customers.

From designing scaled sales and service delivery programs to ensuring our customers have best-in-class tools and products at their fingertips, our SMB team combines operational expertise with a customer-centric mindset to help businesses achieve their marketing goals on TikTok, no matter how big or small.


The Global SMB Program Management team builds, develops, and evolves the programs that drive our core sales teams and lead generating functions.

As the Sales GTM Program Manager, you'll work on strategy and operations. You will develop initiatives and help them come to life.

You'll also deliver operational improvements to streamline processes and change manage across all levels and organization within our SMB Sales and Small Business Engagement teams.

In addition, you will create reports for our executives on key priorities and work on continuous measurement of all parts of our programs.


Responsibilities:


  • As a GTM Sales Program Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to develop cuttingedge sales programs and service strategies that align perfectly with the exciting opportunities identified within the advertiser funnel. Your innovative ideas and strategic thinking will play a pivotal role in enhancing acquisition, fostering growth, and ensuring exceptional customer retention.
  • Working closely with our visionary leadership and collaborating seamlessly across SMB sales, marketing, product, and operations teams, you'll be instrumental in orchestrating the seamless delivery and endtoend execution of scalable sales programs. Your ability to build bridges and foster collaboration will be key to your success in driving the growth of our organization.
  • Your passion for optimization will shine as you focus on refining program operations through meticulous process management, indepth analysis, and continuous funnel optimization. By effectively managing the delivery of programs through both inhouse and outsourced partners, you'll ensure unparalleled quality and operational efficiency, which in turn will drive incremental revenue growth and solidify our position as an industry leader.
  • Communication is a core component of this role, and you'll be an expert at it. You'll skillfully articulate progress updates on our weekly, monthly, and quarterly initiatives to stakeholders at all levels. Your ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner will inspire and motivate our team, fostering a collaborative and highperformance culture.
  • You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with our Analytics team to design comprehensive measurement strategies and success metrics. Together, you'll unlock insights that will allow us to understand and optimize the impact and return on investment (ROI) of each program. Your expertise in datadriven decisionmaking will be a catalyst for transformative growth.

Qualifications:


Minimum Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in sales, finance, sales operations, management/strategy consulting, or program management.
  • Proven experience in project management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead analysis, effectively communicate insights to executive stakeholders, and influence business strategy.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Strong multitasking skills with a track record of delivering highquality outputs in a fastpaced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in identifying key business drivers, trends, and operating metrics.
  • Indepth understanding of the small
- and medium-sized business (SMB) segment, including its needs and challenges.

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and quickly adapt to changing business demands.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey insights to executives and crossfunctional stakeholders.
