Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

Managing organizational sales, revenue, cost and expense controls.
Propose engineer solutions to meet client requirements.
Set sales policy & strategy
Meeting planned sales goals.
Manage & delegate all sales lead
Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
The ongoing training of your salespeople.
Developing your sales team through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge education.
Promoting the organization and products.
Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma qualification.
Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in engineering &/or design.
Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies, customer relationship management, managing and directing a sales team.
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
Dedication to providing great customer service.
Able to demonstrate leadership & responsibility
Ability to lead a sales team.
Proficient in both written and oral in English.
