Sales Manager

Responsibilities:


  • Managing organizational sales, revenue, cost and expense controls.
  • Propose engineer solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Set sales policy & strategy
  • Meeting planned sales goals.
  • Manage & delegate all sales lead
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
  • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
  • The ongoing training of your salespeople.
  • Developing your sales team through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge education.
  • Promoting the organization and products.
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.

Requirements:


  • Minimum Diploma qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in engineering &/or design.
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies, customer relationship management, managing and directing a sales team.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Dedication to providing great customer service.
  • Able to demonstrate leadership & responsibility
  • Ability to lead a sales team.
  • Proficient in both written and oral in English.
