What the role is

Project Title: Improve and streamline WPD Customer Operations through automation of existing processes through RPA and related tool

The interns will work with Customer Operations' users to study and review existing manual processes, then recommend and implement automation of these processes through RPA and related tool to achieve efficiency and productivity.

What you will be working on

1) Review and document existing processes

2) Design and document to be processes after automation is implemented
3) Create RPA bots to implement the to be automated processes, including customization of API interfaces and integrate these bots into the existing RPA orchestra environment
4) Train and support users on the bot maintenance
5) Ad-hoc project related tasks

Learning Outcome:

What we are looking for

1) Clear spoken and written communication skills in English

2) Have knowledge of RPA and related tools, like basic SQL, python etc
3) Resourceful, analytical and independent
4) Have experience in implementation of RPA projects will be a bonus though not necessary
