Description
6 months contract- Central Salary UP $3000 + Completion bonus

Responsibilities:
- Support Team Manager in liaising with tenants and vendors for leasing enquiries and renewals
- Provide administrative support including Purchase orders, Invoices, Memos, letters and necessary documentation procedures where required.
- Ensure accurate paperwork and process is adhered to on finance system, manage and resolve issues with respective departments and teams where required
- Provide operation support for revenue deals and financial operations, including liaison with customers, tenants and vendors with payment issues, payments reminders and processing of security deposits including refunds
- Track and record all client sales
- Manage entry and tracking of budgets, financial analysis and liaison with internal accounts department
- Update and prepare monthly financial reports in support of Marcoms Revenue
- Manage the department's documents, including filing and organization of shared folders
- Support with Audit administrative requirements and check processes
- Ensure that guidelines for usage of space are adhered to
- Liaise with tenants / vendors for any housekeeping / rectification matters needed
- Perform other Adhoc duties when assigned
Requirements:
- Prior experience as Admin/Sales Support is added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Ability to effectively concurrent projects and deadlines independently Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and under pressure
