JOB DESCRIPTION

The department aims to bring together and bond with the youths through a slew of fun and exciting activities and programme while empower them to explore their potential and interests.
Develop and organize youth activities, enrichment workshops and other outreach programme
Explore potential collaboration opportunities with other organizations for more youth engagement activities and programme
Handle volunteer and stakeholder management
Constantly improve the activities and programme to reach out to more youths
Support and facilitate the department administrative duties and responsibilities

WORKING HOURS

Standard Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8.30 to 5.30pm

ONLY WHEN REQUIRED:

Able to work on weekends/public holidays/irregular working hours

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Diploma in any discipline or equivalent
Planning and coordination skills, Communication and interpersonal skills and Proficient in MS Office
Ability to multitask and work within time frame with mínimal supervision
A team player with positive work attitude
