KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
Creating and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, employees, media outlets, and industry influencers.
Crafting and editing compelling content for various communication channels, such as press releases, speeches, articles, and social media posts.
Monitoring and analyzing communication efforts to measure their effectiveness and make datadriven recommendations for improvement.
Managing crisis communication situations, including developing response plans, and coordinating messaging across different platforms.
Collaborating with crossfunctional teams, such as, Group Corporate Communications, Human Resources, and Group Marketing, to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices in communication strategies, tools, and technologies.

KEY SKILLS, COMPETENCIES & BEHAVIOURS

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
Proficiency in using various communication tools and platforms, including social media management systems, content management systems, and media monitoring tools.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Crisis communication experience and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to make datadriven decisions.
