The Client Documentation Manager is critical to making this happen and will be co-located with Institutional relationship management teams and is responsible for a dedicated portfolio of Institutional clients.
The role acts as the main point of contact for facility management, lending administrative and client service functions in a highly competitive market.
The role also requires a high level of operational and risk management skill with an ability to understand and manage complex & bespoke transactions.
There is a strong relationship building focus, both internal and external.The key responsibilities of this role will be
Preparing, reviewing, interpreting and actioning complex and bespoke Bank / Customer Lending documentation (Credit proposal/approvals, Letters of Offer, Facility Agreements, Asset Writing Approval, etc)
Creating, receiving and checking Asset Point submission and ensuring all conditions precedent have been satisfied prior to issuing Limit advice and allowing limits to be loaded to core systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory and group policy requirements.
Provide accurate and up to date information on all enquiries
Provide any written concerns from customers to supervisor/manager - escalation of stakeholders' concerns appropriately
Ensure all customer correspondence is clear and concise
Works closely with Institutional Directors to develop and enhance the client relationship.

What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Tertiary qualification is preferred
Prior experience in lending administrative and client service functions within financial services
Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to manage complex and bespoke transactions
Understanding of Operational Risk & Compliance
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and self-manage
Ability to connect (build internal and external networks)
You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
