Call Centre / Contact Centre / Customer Service / Hospitality Exp:
No Exp Welcome- Training Provided:
5 Days / Office Hour / Able to work on Weekend
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls
- Address customers' enquiries
- Follow up on escalated cases and perform call back when required
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Possess call centre / customer service / hospitality experience
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Customer service oriented
- Able to work on weekend

Working Hour: 5 Days, Office Hour (Able to work on weekend)

- Salary: Up to $3200/mth + OT + AWS + VB
