Client Engagement and Consultation:


  • Greet and engage with clients entering the store, offering a warm and professional welcome.
  • Conduct personalized consultations to understand clients' product care needs and concerns.
  • Provide expert advice on proper care, cleaning, and maintenance of luxury items, addressing client queries with confidence and knowledge.

Product Care Services:


  • Perform onsite product care services, such as cleaning, polishing, and minor repairs, using specialized tools and techniques.
  • Handle delicate and luxury materials with utmost care to ensure items are returned to clients in pristine condition.
  • Collaborate with external artisans or experts for specialized repairs or restoration work.

Client Relationship Management:


  • Build strong and lasting relationships with clients by offering exceptional service and product care expertise.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, preferences, and product care history to provide personalized recommendations.

Education and Training:


  • Conduct informative workshops or demonstrations for clients and sales associates on product care techniques and best practices.
  • Empower sales associates to confidently assist clients with basic product care inquiries.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:


  • Coordinate closely with the sales, customer service, and operations teams to ensure a seamless and integrated product care experience.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to manage expectations and provide updates on service progress.

Quality Control and Assurance:


  • Conduct thorough quality control checks on items before returning them to clients, ensuring they meet the brand's standards of excellence.
  • Take proactive measures to prevent any potential damage during the product care process.

Maintain In-Store Presentation:


  • Keep the product care area organized, clean, and visually appealing to create an inviting environment for clients seeking services.
  • Previous experience in luxury retail, product care, or a related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of luxury materials, finishes, and care techniques, with the ability to perform basic repairs and cleaning.
  • Strong communication skills to convey product care information clearly and confidently.
  • Detailoriented and highly attentive, with the ability to perform delicate work with precision.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor that align with the luxury brand's image and values.
  • Passion for luxury fashion, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining the brand's reputation for quality.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fastpaced work environment, displaying flexibility and resilience.
