Asia Pacific, Singapore, Singapore- Ref: JOHNCRANEAPAC01636- Division: John Crane- Job Function: SalesDuties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare sales and service quotations for related products and services.
  • Enter sales and service orders into SAP business systems.
  • Monitor sales and service orders and expedite parts.
  • Prepare weekly sales report & run BW reports.
  • Assist in making GPN / BOM creation requests, raise GCN, Iproject.
  • Prepare shipping documentation and liaise with internal departments related to shipping;
  • Maintain excellent service and build good rapport with customers (both internal and external
- stakeholders)

  • Provide support to the product marketing & training functions.
  • Perform other related customer service functions as assigned from time to time.

The Individual

  • Minimally, a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or other discipline
  • Preferably with at least 2 years relevant experience; and
  • Selfmotivated, with the ability to work both independently or in a team where required
