Your Key Responsibility

As Technical General Manager of FAID, in charge of System & Solution Division (FASS) and ASEAN Strategic Marketing Group (ASMG).
In the FASS department, responsible for the coordination of the solution business (projects and SCADA projects) in Singapore.
In the ASMG department, promote support for solution projects in the ASEAN region and new business development through the use of ARTC*.

(*ARTC : THE ADVANCED REMANUFACTURING AND TECHNOLOGY CENTRE (government-affiliated innovation promotion organization) )

Your Skills

Understanding of FA solution business for manufacturing and infrastructure business, and ability to lead the commercialization of the business in MEAP.
Able to speak and write in English and Japanese professionally to support local business promotion members, understand the situation and issues, and carry out sensitive negotiations which includes coordination with Japan HQ and manufacturing works.
The ability to collect information and build good relationships with related companies to discover new projects in response to the various innovation trends in Singapore, and the ability to participate in development projects and promote projects with the involvement of our manufacturing works and research laboratories.

Your Profile

At least 10 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, both in the design or engineering department and in the sales department.
Sufficient work experience in FA component and FA solution business.
Experience in overseas operations with the ability to build smooth relationships with overseas staff in Asia outside of Singapore.
Bachelor degree or above in relevant studies
