Identify industry and channel-specific need gaps and opportunities.- Formulate and execute 'Go to Market' launch, sellin and growth plans.
- Leverage on data insights to formulate/cobrand new products.
- Ensure legal compliance, timely product registration, production leadtimes with existing appointed manufacturers.
- Source for and manage alternative manufacturers to mitigate against production attrition risk.
- Execute endtoend R&D process for all new SKUs.
- Develop product and sales training structure, and materials.
- Business Develop and on board new customers
- Procure resultsdriven enhancements (products and equipment) to curate new protocols to increase profitability.
