My client is US-Listed Global MNC within the
Chemicals industry . They specialize in manufacturing materials crucial for various sectors such as automotive, electronics, healthcare, and consumer goods.

They are now looking for an
Operations Director to manage the team and
oversee daily operations within a production unit.

What You Will Be Doing

Provide leadership and responsible to plan, direct and coordinate the daily operations in the production unit within the facility.
Drive consistent and proactive improvement performance.
Translate unit strategy into operating plan
Ensure resources, raw materials and supplies are available for unit operation
Develop the people and knowledge of the Core Team
Review daily KPIs and gaps with team and resolve gaps Ensures effective Conduct of Operations systems in place for flawless daily execution

What You Should Have

At least
10 years of experience in a similar Operational role within the Chemicals Industry.
Extensive Experience as a
Process Engineer / Production Engineer / Manufacturing Engineer is a big plus.
Strong
process safety background and ability to conduct
Root Cause Analysis
