Job Description Summary
Responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, servicing and maintaining machinery, equipment, systems both mechanically and electrically. This person will report to the Innovation & Technology Manager.

Essential Responsibilities:

Responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, servicing and maintaining machinery, equipment, systems both mechanically and electrically.
Responsible for ensuring machinery and equipment runs smoothly and reliably.
Ability to perform preventive and predictive technical preventive maintenance is necessary.
Maintain a proper machinery asset register to keep track of asset holdings.
To monitor and control maintenance costs, track the costs of labor, supplies, and equipment repairs.
Ensure unplanned problems, breakdowns and emergencies are dealt with immediately and their root causes are determined.
Works to maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed; completes tasks in a timely manner.
Liaise with OEM, external vendor, operation executives on equipment repair status.
Adhere to EHS compliance.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Minimum ITE Higher NITEC/NTC2 in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Handson mechanical and electrical repair and troubleshooting experience is a must.
Basic computer skills such as use of Excel, Words and other Microsoft Office tools.
Preferably class 3 driving license.
Preferably able to read and understand electrical diagrams and mechanical drawings.
