Join our team as a Business Manager and lead our boutique to success by enhancing brand awareness, managing inventory, and ensuring top-notch operations and training.

**Key Responsibilities


Brand Awareness:


  • Develop and execute strategies to increase premium & exceptional brand visibility and reputation.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create impactful campaigns.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation in brand positioning and messaging.

Inventory Management:


  • Oversee stock levels, order new products, and manage supply chain logistics.
  • Ensure the availability of the latest and most soughtafter golf apparel.

Technology Integration:


  • Leverage technology solutions such as pointofsale systems, and inventory management software to streamline operations and enhance customer convenience.
  • Stay updated on emerging retail technologies and assess their potential for improving efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Training:


  • Conduct staff training to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Keep the team updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Implement mentorship and coaching programs to support company career advancement and succession planning.

Shop Operations:


  • Manage daily boutique operations to provide a premium shopping experience.
  • Handle administrative tasks and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Conduct regular store audits and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans to address operational inefficiencies and enhance productivity.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably in luxury goods.
  • Passion for Golf will be a plus point.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Understanding of the luxury market and new trends.
  • Great team player attitude.
  • Problemsolving abilities.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and attention to detail.
