Job Description:


1. Daily Operation

  • Inspect and check areas/facilities according to schedule (e.g. Aircon, AHU plumbing accessories, safety and cleanliness, etc)
  • Carry out preventive maintenance, service and repair works of M&E building services systems, fixtures and furniture (e.g. Electrical installation, plumbing works, aircon system, AHU, lightings, water pumps, etc) to ensure proper and good working condition

2. Repair Works

  • Check and replace faulty electrical appliances and plumbing accessories, e.g. Fans, water heater, water tap etc
  • Conduct troubleshooting and repair works as assign by Section Chief
  • Report equipment fault to Section Chief and recommend for replacement if beyond repair.

3. Others

  • Troubleshoot powertrip/failure and locate water leakage.
  • Attend and supervisor to contractors and vendors in all maintenance/repair works. Any other duties which may be assign from time to time

Requirements:


  • Nitec in Mechanical & Electrical, Building Services, Facilities Technology or its equivalent
  • At least 13 years of relevant experience in Electrical works/installation
  • Selfmotivated and able to work under minimum supervision
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills is an advantage
  • Able to commit 6 days work week (with alternate Sat/Sun rest)
