Key responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Update changes in personal particulars/employment details and address of foreign workers via MOM
  • Purchasing of air tickets when repatriating foreign workers
  • Generate HR-related documents (e.g., confirmation letter etc.)
  • Provides HR support to departments in area such performance management, employee relations and engagement
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
