Description

**Our client is a Global MNC company in the Automotive industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Logistics Operations Executive to join their Logistics team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West - easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

Supervise/Take charge of the strategic planning, coordination, and assessment of the company's logistics operational activities
Proficient in managing both incoming and outgoing shipments
Prepare and dispatch essential shipment documentation to the relevant stakeholders
Manage the timely procurement and receipt of the company's goods and components
Inspect and verify invoices from the various suppliers and stakeholders
Solicit quotations for various shipping and freight services
Provide assistance to various operations, such as handling of import/export orders, updating parts information etc.
Compile and submit monthly reports covering parts inventory, shipping activities, and insurance updates All other adhoc duties as assigned
