Responsibilities:

Work as a key member of the product team to solve problems and identify trends and opportunities.
Inform, influence, support, and execute our product decisions and product launches.
Set KPIs and goals, design and evaluate experiments, monitor key product metrics, understand root causes of changes in metrics.
Exploratory analysis to discover new opportunities: understanding ecosystems, user behaviors, and longterm trends Identifying levers to help move key metrics.

Minimum Qualifications

4+ years experience doing quantitative analysis
Fluency in SQL, R, or Python
4+ years experience leading product analytics and influencing product roadmap
4+ years experience designing and running A/B tests
Experience understanding ecosystems, user behaviors and longterm product trends
Core statistical knowledge
Proven experience leading datadriven projects from definition to execution: defining metrics, experiment design, communicating actionable insights.
Experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches
Experience managing data sets through statistical software (ex. R, Python) or other methods
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Analytics, or related fields
