Description
Royal Ocean Marine is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Admin Assistant cum Receptionist to join our team.In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments and managing the front desk reception area.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Greeting and assisting visitors
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Coordinating office supplies and equipment
- Assisting with scheduling and organizing meetings
- Performing general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
- Supporting other departments as needed
- We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detailoriented, and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
- Any experience in an administrative or receptionist role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
