Logistics Executive - Singapore - TIONG LIAN FOOD PTE. LTD.
Description
Manage a team of 20+ delivery drivers to ensure deliveries are fulfilled timely and accurately;- Plan delivery schedule based on product availability and customer requirements;
- Maintain vehicle logs, maintenance, repairs and related reports;
- Verify customer invoices and liaise with customers for discrepancies;
- Resolve driver and/or delivery issues when it arises;
- Ensure compliance to SOPs;
- Perform delivery duties as required.
Job Requirements:
- Possess valid Class 4 driver's licence and experience driving Class 4 Refrigerated Vehicle.
- Excellent organizational, time management and planning skills.
- Understand order fulfilment cycle
- Displays strong leadership qualities
- Able and Willing to work non standard hours (eg 5am) / weekends / public holidays
- Computer literate, knowledge of logistics software or transport management system advantageous
- Spoken English & Mandarin essential
