Job Title :
Human Resource Executive

**Job Location : East Singapore


Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with the line managers to provide relevant advice pertaining to HR issues and provide support to various key HR initiatives
  • Handle full employee lifecycle and be the main point of contact with regards to employee relations issues
  • Submit administration of statutory claims and government grant
  • Prepare monthly reports and complete various statutory MOM surveys
  • Update and maintains proper efiling of all HR documents
  • Support staff compensation and benefits and to review staff insurance renewal
  • Assist in performance appraisal, training
  • Any other duties to be assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Possess a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or similar.
  • 23 years of working experience as an HR Executive, HR Analyst, or a similar role in the Human Resources department
  • Knowledge and understanding of the HR cycle.
  • Familiar with MOM regulations and HR practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Ability to manage time efficiently.
