Responsibilities:

To manage team of contractors/contracted staffs performing routine PM & CM tasks in accordance to maintenance instructions/procedures.
To manage team of maintenance staff performing routine maintenance of Computers and Communications, Command and Control (C4) Systems and Radio Communications Systems.
To supervise and ensure all tool, test equipment, test jigs required for both the PM and CM tasks are calibrated punctually.
Able to liaise and effectively communicate with suppliers or vendors to provide quotations, invoices and shipping documentation.
Overall responsible for those system under his/her care.
Oversee projects, arrange and coordinate with subcontractors.
Plan and schedule routine onsite maintenance tasks for C4 Systems.
Troubleshooting problems in a timely manner and ensure the SLA is met.
Assign and distribute work to his subordinates.
Control spare parts and inventory.
Control and monitor expenditure of maintenance.
Update record of maintenance.
Keeping records of maintenance and repair costs, incidents and procedures.
Train new staffs on equipment maintenance.
Propose new initiatives to extend the equipment life cycle.
Provide adhoc support to Service Delivery Manager.

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering or equivalent.
At least 35 years' relevant experience, preferably in similar industry.
Experience in maintenance of Computers and Communications, Command and Control (C4) Systems and Radio Communications will be added advantage.
Strong customer service orientation.
