**Our client is one the global MNC that manufactures and produces home appliances. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a New Product Development Assistant Manager to be part of their NPD Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West - easily accessible.

Duties of New Product Development Assistant Manager:

Lead, develop, and execute regional strategies for new product development in Asia.
Oversee project management, planning, and implementation processes for new products.
Ensure alignment with business launch support functions and regional competition strategies.
Drive pricing strategies and develop comprehensive product strategy plans.
Monitor and achieve key performance indicators for new product development in Asia.
Develop and plan product portfolios specific to the Asia region.
Manage the introduction, implementation, and postlaunch tracking of new products in Asia.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across development, marketing, sales, and other departments.
Drive the development of new product packaging and associated materials.

Requirements:
