Our client, accommodation related one stop service and solution provider is currently looking for a talent who is familiar with import and export rules, incoterms, and shipping documentation to join their team as Shipping Executive.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible to prepare shipping documents which following import/export rules and regulations. Make sure all the documents are filling property and systematically.

Closely liaise with service provider for smooth shipment and delivery and make sure their service quality is following company's expectation.

Negotiate price with service provider where without compromise their service quality. Liaise with internal team for smooth business operation and provide necessary information in timely manner. Prepare periodical report in timely and correct manner.

Manage and guide staff under his/her management to well follow company set work procedure, quality and safely rules and regulations.

Other ad-hoc duties assigned by senior.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Min. Degree holder Having shipping experience is a must. Has good understanding of INCOTERMS. Responsible, Organized, Accurate, Quality Focus and Efficient Self-motivate person who is able to work team as well as individual. Has strong communication and influence skill. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
