Job Description & Requirements:


Responsibilities:


  • Provide IT technical onsite support for end user services problem
  • Assist Desktop Team Lead to Project Manager & perform various Desktop Related Projects including but not limited to PC Refresh, In-Place Upgrade, Security Patching.
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for OS related service problems as part of problem management
  • Support Windows OS, office software, and other Desktop Related Software & Hardware.
  • Ensuring all work regarding are well documented
  • Must possess the proven ability to install and configure new IT equipment
  • Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum one (1) year of IT support experience
  • Ability to perform the daily Support operations with minimum supervision
  • Possess technical skills in supporting existing and new computing devices such as desktops, notebooks and mobile devices
  • Possess knowledge in IT networking and LAN to troubleshoot computer problems
  • Ability to quickly learn the customer's asset management process based on SOP & onjob training is required to be successful in this role.
