Thye Hua Kwan Moral Charities (THK
MC) was incorporated as a charity with an IPC status to provide multiple social and welfare services to the community at large.

THKMC provides assistance to the various groups in our community through more than 60 programmes and services for the
elderly and the sick,
families,
persons with disabilities, and
children. We help anyone in need with full respect to their race, colour, creed, language, culture and religion. We have more than 90 programmes and services, reaching out to more than 55,000 people in the community.

DESIGNATION :
Senior Therapy Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist therapist to conduct Therapy programmes;
Assist in conducting activities or adjust activities programmed by the therapist;
Take note of patients' progress and report progress to therapist via oral/verbal reports;
Assist therapist to carry out habilitative and rehabilitative work orientated programmes;
Ensure that all approved programmes designed by therapist are being carried out as per planned;
Assist therapist to conduct activity groups for selected patients;
Ensure security of residents during sessions;
Assist therapist monitor/maintain order of equipment/material during sessions;
Produce a daily/weekly report to therapist incharge on progress of patients and programmes;
Work with Therapistincharge to discuss fall risk prevention, bed mobility and walking devices.

QUALIFICATIONS
