  • Team and Role Introduction:
  • Lazada Logistics is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager for our Strategic Partnerships Team. This position will be based in Singapore and report to the Regional Head of Multi-Channel Logistic.
  • You will be responsible for building and growing long term strategic partnerships with international brands and sellers, as well as developing our Multi Channel logistics offering, by ensuring its competitiveness in the market.
  • You will also contribute towards building an effective sales organisation by implementing high impact sales enablement/operations initiatives to improve pipeline conversions at both local country and regional levels.

Responsibilities:


  • Your main responsibility will be building long term strategic partnerships with international brands and sellers, and ensuring their success once onboarded. You will be expected to drive customer pitching; taking part in RFIs & RFQs, as well as developing tailor made E2E supply chain solutions to drive successful sales conversions.
  • You will responsible for continuously improving our Multi Channel offering and ensuring its market competitiveness in both pricing and solution's capabilities. You will do so by driving in depth market analysis, competitive benchmarking and by continuously growing our offerings and commercial incentives.
  • You will be responsible for closely monitoring the operational performance of our key strategic partners, conduct regular quarterly or monthly business reviews to optimise performance, and drive strategic road mapping as part of deepening the partnership.
  • You will be expected to contribute towards improving sales operations efficiencies by collaborating closely with local country teams to improve performance tracking and governance, sharing and implementation of best practices, and driving adoption of sales tools such as a CRM. Ultimately this should drive greater sales effectiveness and pipeline conversions regionally across our key markets in Southeast Asia.

Job Requirements

  • Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
  • You have a Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or relevant disciplines
  • You have 79+ years of professional experience, primarily in Partnerships and Sales, Consulting, Project and Account management within the logistics or supply chain industry
  • Experience in, or familiarity with ecommerce would be a strong plus
  • You have a strong track record in sales and negotiation; and have demonstrated the ability to build long term strategic partnerships
  • You have strong project management skills, with experience in managing cross functional (Ops to Finance) and complex multistakeholder projects
  • You have extensive knowledge of the logistics/supply chain landscape in Southeast Asia, including key 3PL providers
  • You are an energetic and actionoriented individual who is able to work independently with mínimal supervision
  • You are a critical thinker and clear communicator with a proven ability to influence people, work confidently with different stakeholders, drive change and meet project deadlines
