    Roles & Responsibilities

    We're on the lookout for a vibrant, patient, and dedicated Behaviour Therapist (ABA) to join our dynamic team. You'll be the guiding light for children facing behavioral challenges, learning hurdles, and special needs, leading them on a path of discovery and empowerment.

    What You'll Do:

    • Conduct engaging 1:1 and group ABA therapy sessions.
    • Provide school shadowing sessions as and when required.
    • Conducts centre-based, school-based, and/or home-based sessions as allocated.
    • Monitors, records, and updates program and behavior data
    • Provides written communication logs and/or verbal feedback to caregivers.
    • Applies ABA principles in work.
    • Embrace growth through active participation in staff training and meetings.

    Who You Are:

    • Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Special Education or Early childhood.
    • Prior related work experience is advantageous.
    • Passion for working with children who have special needs.
    • A natural ability to connect with children at the forefront.
    • Communicate effortlessly, bridging gaps between teammates, supervisors, clients, and stakeholders; bilingualism is a plus.
