Astek is proposing an opportunity for
Junior UXUI Designer to support our Project based in Singapore.

Deliver innovative and intuitive user interfaces by creating wireframes and mockups across all desktop, mobile and tablet devices.
Understand user needs, behaviour, and pain points through user research, interviews, and data analysis. Use this insight to inform design decisions.
Communicate research findings effectively through data visualization and clear, concise presentations.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative UX solutions
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements & limitations, and translate them into engaging design solutions Implement best practices in UI design, including responsive design principles, accessibility standards, and performance optimization

Requirements:

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to translate research findings into actionable design recommendations
Ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
Have an eye for clean and artful design, and able to conduct indepth research to gather user insights and guide design decisions.
Must have user experience and human centred design expertise
A portfolio that shows experience in ecommerce and retail.
Experience with design software & prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe suite etc) prefered.
Experience in qualitative and quantitative user research would be highly advantageous.
